We don’t offer returns or exchanges at this time. However, if there’s an issue with your order — like receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — we’ll absolutely make it right. Just reach out within 48 hours of delivery. Some categories like cosmetics or perishables may be non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons.
