How do I register for an account?

Please go to our Create An Account page to register for an online account with Premsons.


How do I sign in and sign out of my account?

Select the 'Sign In' option at the top of the page and enter your email/mobile number and password. To sign out of your account, please select the 'Sign Out' option.

How can I change my details?

Please select Edit Account Information in your Account Dashboard after signing in. You can log in to your account on the Sign In page.

I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

You can request a new password by clicking on 'Forgotten Password?' on the Sign In page.

If you can't remember the email address you registered with, or if you have problems signing in to your account, then please contact our Customer Service team.

How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?

Please follow the 'unsubscribe' link from any of our email newsletters. Alternatively, you can let us know by telephone or email.

It can take up to four weeks for your preferences to be registered on our system, so you may still receive emails from us during this period.


How do I register for an account?

How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at is easy: browse by brand or department, add items to your shopping bag and follow the prompts at checkout.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

Most orders are shipped in a brown cardboard box (smaller items may be shipped in jiffy bags).

You can also choose to add our signature gift packaging.


Why can’t I find a product that I saw in-store?

As our online offering only includes a select range of merchandise, certain products are not available. If you have seen a product in our store that it is not available online, please contact the store to place an order.


What are my delivery options?

Please see our Delivery & Returns page for a list of the delivery options we offer. Further information on delivery is available in our Terms & Conditions.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If our couriers are unable to obtain a signature they will attempt one further delivery at a later date.

How can I track my order?

Please go to the Track Your Order page to track your order. You will need to enter your order reference number, which is provided in your order confirmation email.


What is your Returns policy?

Unwanted products may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are returned unused and in their original condition. Please note that the removal of security tags will be taken as evidence of use of a product by you and the product cannot be returned in these circumstances.

Returns must be made within 14 days with proof of purchase and are subject to exclusions and restrictions.

How do I know that I have successfully placed an order?

We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. You can track your parcel online by clicking the link shown on your email or by signing in to your online account and selecting 'My Orders'.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Please contact our Customer Service team should you wish to cancel or amend your order and a member of the team will guide you through the process.


How can I pay?

At the moment, we accept the following payment methods online:

When will I be charged?

When an order is placed, we request a pre-authorisation for the value of the order from your bank/card issuer to ensure that the funds are available. However, this remains simply a pre-authorisation request until the order is shipped, at which point we take payment.


Can I purchase a Premsons Gift Card online?

You may purchase a Premsons Gift Card online. Gift Cards that are purchased online will be sent on your registered email address. The card can be loaded with any amount from Rs 500 - Rs 10,000. If you would like to purchase any Gift Cards with a higher value, please visit our Customer Service team in-store.

How do I use a Gift Card online?

At the checkout, enter your Gift Card number and pin code. Up to five Gift Cards may be used in a single order. The total balance of one Gift Card will be used before a second payment method is requested.

How can I check my Gift Card balance?

Please visit the Gift Card Balance page to check your balance. You will need to enter the 16-digit number located on the reverse of your card.

Do my Gift Card have an expiry date?

Our gift cards do not have an expiry date.

Is there a charge for personalisation?

Charges vary from product to product and are shown on each individual Product Details page.

How many letters can I include on the product I've selected?

The number of characters (including letters, numbers and spacing) varies from product to product. Please check the individual Product Details page for the specific number of characters available

Can I use foreign spellings or names in my personalisation?

Yes. You may use any name if it fits in the specified number of characters using English/ASCII letters.

Do I have to personalise a product?

Some personalised products can be ordered without being personalised. These products will have an opt-out option on the Product Details page.

How can I order multiple items, each with different personalisation?

If you wish to order multiple items and personalise each one differently, personalise the products one by one and add each item to your shopping basket as usual.

Does it take longer to receive personalised items?

Yes, all personalisation requires additional time. This can vary from product to product and will be shown on the individual Product Details page.

Can I return my personalised product?

All personalised products cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

Can I cancel my personalised product?

An order containing a personalised product cannot be cancelled so please check the spelling and use of capital letters before submitting the order.

Is there special gift-wrapping available for personalised products?

You can choose to have the personalised product gift wrapped in the checkout. You can add a complimentary gift message or choose a gift box at an additional charge.
